Shipping & FAQ

Shipping: 

Domestic Orders: We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $5.00 on all orders in the contiguous US. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Some exclusions apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.

* We do have products with higher flat rate shipping due to weight or size. This will be noted in the product description. 

 

FAQ

When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and will arrive within 3-10 days after shipping with standard shipping service, depending on weight and destination. We will e-mail you with a tracking number once your order ships.

Some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and shipping time is out of our control. If this is the case, it will be noted in the product description. 

What shipping materials do you use?

Chicke is committed to using sustainable packing methods whenever possible. We may occasionally reuse boxes in order to reduce our footprint. Please excuse any markings or stickers on boxes that may have made a previous journey!

What happens if I enter the incorrect shipping address?

Chicke does not assume responsibility for orders placed with an incorrect shipping addresses. Please check carefully that the shipping address you enter is correct. If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided, the customer is responsible for charges to re-ship.

How are gift cards shipped?

Gift cards are sent electronically to the purchaser by email and can be forwarded to the recipient's email address. Gift Cards can also be printed out by the purchaser to mail or give to the recipient. 

Physical gift cards are available for purchase in our store. If you would like us to ship a physical gift card please email hello@shopchicke.com with your request. 

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient? 

Yes. Please enter the recipients address at checkout and make a note that you are sending a gift. This note will be important if the gift needs to be exchanged. In the event a gift does need to be exchanged the order number can be found on the packing slip included with the order. Prices are not shown on the packing slip.
