We are happy to accept returns of your unused, unwashed items in re-sellable condition for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) within 30 days of your order. Your original Chicke receipt or proof of purchase must accompany items. Any shipping charges will not be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
If you received a gift and would like to make an exchange please follow the return instructions above. Your order number can be found on the packing slip included in your package. Exchanges will only be granted at our discretion.
We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces.
Pacifier clips, teethers, headbands and hair bows and gift cards are not able to be returned.
Chicke is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
In store returns:
The policies outlined above apply to in store returns. To make a return in store you must be able to provide proof of purchase. The purchasers name should be sufficient in helping us locate the order but an order number is preferred.
