We are happy to accept returns of your unused, unwashed items in re-sellable condition for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) within 30 days of your order. Returns made after 30 days will be eligible for store credit only. Returns past 90 days will not be accepted.
Your original Chicke receipt or proof of purchase must accompany items. Any shipping charges will not be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund
and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incomplete you must show proof of damage/defect via photos in an email. We will then work with you to either replace the product or refund the purchase. Without proof of damage we are not able to offer any remedy.
If you received a gift and would like to make an exchange please follow the return instructions above. Your order number can be found on the packing slip included in your package. You have 30 days to return your gift item for store credit.
We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces.
Pacifier clips, teethers, headbands and hair bows and gift cards are not able to be returned.
Chicke is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

To make a return in store you must be able to provide proof of purchase with your four digit order number. Returns made after 30 days will be eligible for store credit only. Returns past 90 days will not be accepted.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
** HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY **
We will NOT accept returns of holiday items (items depicting Santa and/or Christmas themes) including holiday pajamas after December 24th.
